There's Always A Warm Welcome At Westborough Bowls Club

We were a small friendly club just off the London Road, Allington, to the rear of the Pippin public house, who were actively involved with the club. In 2026 Westborough BC celebrated it's centenary. Unfortunately our lease expires at the end of April 2026 which means that WBC will no longer have a green to play on.

This has not put a stop to the club however. Members decided that they would like the club to carry on and it was decided that we would play all of our away fixtures.

Bowls clubs welcome individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds and would particularly encourage younger members of the community to join a club. Whether you are experienced, a complete beginner, serious bowler or just wish to partake in friendly roll ups in pleasant surroundings with good company, you are assured of a warm welcome.
