Celebrating our Centenary Year 1924-2024

Welcome to Whitchurch Lawn Bowling Club

Our club forms part of Whitchurch Sports and Social club tucked away beside the main sports complex.

The club was first formed 1924 and members of our club continue to play a range of competitive events throughout the season from April to September.

League matches are played 3 evenings and 1 afternoon per week during the season. Details of this season's matches can be accessed from the menu above.

Members can play in County matches. Friendlies, club competitions and roll ups are also played.

We love to welcome new players of all ages and abilities. That old adage "Bowls takes a second to learn, but a lifetime to master " is so very true - it's easy to learn, so why not pop along and have a go?  You'll be made very welcome and new players will be offered initial coaching sessions to get to grips with the game. Please contact us if you would like to know more.
