YBA Members area password setup.

Good morning good folk of Yorkshire

Just by means of update regarding the implementation of secure 'Members Area' on the YBA site.

As to be expected the process of implementing a password protected safe area on our site has not been without its challenges. A great deal of my time has been spent liaising with members and Hugo Fox our service provider to ease in the new feature. Whilst this for some has been a challenging experience I would like to take the opportunity to share that for me so far this has been a challenge multiplied by 177.

So far we have received 177 password applications to access the members area. As the season approaches it is expected another round of applications will roll in. 60% of that number (107) have set up passwords via the password set up email and the remaining 40% (70) are yet to do so.

This morning I will be once again renewing the password setup requests to those that have not yet done so. I am assured that the emails request should only go to those I select but as a cover all ' if you receive a request but already know you have access - then please ignore a request if you by chance receive one.

To those that are yet to set up - you will have 5 days to use the link.

Apologies for the long worded News release however once we have 80% - 90% signed up then we can communicate to remaining members directly.
