JSW Winners from Thirsk 2025

Congratulations to Thirsk bowlers on their achievements in the JSW Finals held at Sowerby Flatts BC on Sunday 7th September 2025. Some very close games with a high standard of bowling resulted in a win for the Mixed Fours (Ben Christon, Steve Davison, Gayle and Malcolm Hartley) in their match against Richmond, followed by a win for Steve Davison v Neil Flynn (Sowerby Flatts) in the Men's Singles. The afternoon concluded in a nail biting match between Gayle Hartley and Mel Wilkes (Northallerton) with Gayle just missing the title, but a very worthy runner up.
