THE BANKSIAN MEDAL – PHIL STOCK

Presented by the Royal Horticultural Society and awarded to the Exhibitor who gains the highest number of place points in Sections I and III of this schedule at this Show, the total points being  calculated in accordance with Rule 12 of the Show Rules Helen Mason who won this award in  2019 is not eligible to win in 2021  (RHS Rules).
