Dear ACA Member,
Please be advised that all members are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Alton Community Association CIO to receive the Annual Report and Accounts for Year Ended 31st August 2025 and to elect Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees.
This meeting will take place on Thursday 21st May 2026 at 6.30pm at Alton Community Centre.
Should anyone wish to have an item included on the agenda please notify the Trustees in writing or by email by Thursday 14th May 2026.
Copies of the draft accounts will be available either on request by email or from the Community Centre office from Thursday 14th May 2026.
We look forward to your attendance on the 21st May.
