Welcome to Appletreewick Parish Council website. We hope that you find the information on the following pages useful.

The Parish Council is the first tier of local government for Appletreewick, and works with other authorities and partnership organisations for the benefit of residents, businesses and visitors to our beautiful village.

The Parish Council are volunteers who are elected by the residents of the parish every 4 years. The next scheduled Parish elections will be held in May 2027. They have statutory duties and powers to provide services for the Parish of Appletreewick operating its activities within a the legal framework. It also acts as a statutory consultee on planning applications within the village.

Our next meeting is May 12th 2026 7pm at the village hall.
