Children's Centre Project

The Parish Council recognises the importance of the Children’s Centre as a community asset and is therefore committed to ensuring it remains available for the benefit of local residents.

As such, an intention to bid has been lodged with Sevenoaks District Council, triggering the six-month moratorium period. We would like to establish a:

  • A new Parish Council office
  • A flexible community space for local groups and activities

We have established a Working Group to prepare the proposal, and would welcome any residents to join the Group who have experience in project management, management of community buildings or facilitation of community projects.

Please email enquiries@ashcumridley-pc.gov.uk if you are interested in joining.
We will keep residents updated as this work progresses.
