The 2018 season for Barry Athletic Bowls Club, our 107th year, will officially commence on Saturday 14th April with the traditional opening day event at the green. The event will start at 3.00pm when we will be joined by special guests Gordon and James Mason from our sponsors Masons Self Storage, and Nia Butler General Manager of BowlsWales. Weather dependent, there will also be an early introduction to a new club competition being run this year for club members with cash awards as prizes - more detail will be provided on the day by competition secretary Peter Rogers. All members and guests are encouraged to attend the event on Saturday to kick the season off to a good start.
