Spring Meeting 2019
Barry Athletic Bowls Club
The Spring Meeting will be held on Friday 8th March 2019 at the bowls club, and all members are asked to attend for what will be a full agenda, including:
1) Election of Club Officers
2) Update on preparations for Atlantic Championships
3) Orders for Club Shirts for 2019 season
4) Presentation of Annual Accounts
Members will be aware that there are a number of committee positions that are vacant following our Autumn meeting and nomination sheets will be placed on the notice board at the club this week. Alternatively nominations and seconders can be notified to the club secretary. The important positions that we are looking to fill are as follows:
1) Club Captain
2) Club Vice Captain
3) Treasurer
4) Sponsorship and Events Officer
5) Profile and Media Officer
6) Bar Manager
7) Club Catering Manager
8) Recruitment and Coaching Officer
Would members please note that membership fees are also due at the meeting so please do bring along cash or cheques made out to Barry Athletic Bowling Club. Membership fees not paid by May 1st will result in that player not being available for selection.
The meeting will commence at 7.00pm
