Bearpark Parish Council

Bearpark Parish Council is committed to representing the interests of the community and constantly strive to improve village life, the people we represent and enhance the local environment. We do this by working closely with the County Council, community groups, voluntary organisations, police, local businesses and, most importantly, our residents.

We support local community organisations and new initiatives for the benefit of the Parish.

We are able to voice our concerns on issues such as highway maintenance, traffic, refuse and policing. We are also consulted on local planning applications and although we can inform the County Council of our views, we cannot approve or reject applications ourselves.

The Parish Council is the level of government closest to the community, if you have any issues you feel may be worth putting to the council , please get in touch and leave your suggestions. The Council is there to serve the community and your opinions are really important to us.
