Canterbury City Council Local Plan
The Canterbury City Council Local Plan sets out how land across the district, including our parish, will be used and developed in the future.
It provides a framework for decisions about new housing, employment, infrastructure, transport and community facilities, while also seeking to protect the countryside, local heritage and natural environment.
The Local Plan helps guide planning decisions and shape how our communities grow and change.
Residents are encouraged to stay informed and take part in public consultations, as these provide an opportunity to have their say on the future of our local area.
