Bekesbourne with Patrixbourne Parish Council

📢 Parish Council Meetings – New Summer Location!

Bekesbourne with Patrixbourne Parish Council will be holding its June, July, and September meetings at the Pavilion on the Recreation Ground (usual start time: 7:30pm).

This trial aims to:
✅ Encourage more residents to attend
✅ Support both the Village Hall Committee and the Recreation Ground Management Committee

🗓 Future schedule:
📍 Pavilion (Rec Ground) – June, July, September 2025
📍 Village Hall – November 2025, January 26 & March 26, 2026

From May 2026, we plan to make summer meetings at the Rec a regular feature!

📅 Next meeting: Monday 9th June – hope to see you there!

The Parish Clerk works from home, however all meetings are held at Bekesbourne Village Hall, unless otherwise stated on the agenda.
