The Parish Council owns and manages two allotment sites in the parish. Further details as follows :

Haste Hill Road site

There are a small number of vacant plots therefore please contact the clerk if you live in Boughton Monchelsea and would like to find out more.

A full allotment plot is approx. 25m x 6m and costs £30 per year to lease. A half plot is approx. 12m x 6m and costs £17.50. The rental year runs from 1st October to 30th September.

All plot holders must comply with the terms and conditions of the below Haste Hill Road site lease agreement. 

Langley Park site

There are no vacant plots at the moment however please get in touch with the clerk if you live in the parish of Boughton Monchelsea and would like to be added to the waiting list. 

There are 24 half plots on the site. Each is around 62m2 and costs £17.50 per year. The rental year runs from 1st June to 31st May.

All plot holders must comply with the terms and conditions of the below Langley Park site lease agreement.
