Peter Green Cup

Mixed 100 UP Competition

The 100 UP game is a little different from other competitions:

  • Played with four woods
  • The mat may be placed at any point up to the 4m mark
  • The jack is cast as usual, but is played to wherever it stops, provided it is on the green, within the side boundaries, and to a minimum length of 23m
  • An incorrectly cast jack allows the opponent to direct the marker to set the jack to their choice of position
  • All bowls remaining on the green to count and score (and counted in order). The bowl closest to the jack gets 4 points, 2nd closest gets 3 points, 3rd gets 2 points, and 4th closest gets 1 point.
  • The first player to score 100 points wins
