  • The person named first on the match roster will be the Home Player; their opponent will be the Away Player
  • It is the responsibility of the Home Player to contact the Away Player to arrange a suitable date and time for the game
  • It is the responsibility of the Home Player to find a Marker for each game
  • Once a date and time is agreed, games should be added to the diary in the clubhouse
  • The Home Player should offer their opponent a choice of two rinks on which to play (subject to availability)
  • Avoid times when league games are taking place
  • If, for some reason, one of the players is unable to play by the deadline, contact the Competitions Secretary, who will decide if an extension can be granted. If it can't, the game will be forfeited by the player unable to attend.
  • Withdrawals must be notified promptly to the opponent AND the Competitions Secretary
