Bounds Green have comfortable Win!

Last night Broomfield made the journey we seem to be making every week over the last few weeks to Bounds Green to play in the National Double 4's. Firstly I would like to say how lucky we were with the weather conditions, considering the amount of rain we have had in the last 48hrs. I would also like to mention how well the green bowled. As for the match itself, Broomfield's 8 could never really get on terms and Bounds Green who were always in control. Final scores were 24-14 on one rink and 19-12 on the other. Thanks to the members of Bounds Green and Captain Allister Franklind for the food and as ever warm welcome. Good luck in the next round. See you again on Saturday in the county league. Well done Broomfield players for fighting till the end.

Stay strong
