Entries for the summer and autumn shows should be submitted by 8pm on the Thursday before the show, late entries are allowed on the day at 30p per entry.  Entries can be made via the online entry form (summer here, autumn here), emailed to hortsocentries@gmail.com or returned to Joan Hynes at 13 Berrys Road, Upper Bucklebury. Entry fees (20p per entry) can be paid on the day. Entries must be staged between 8.30am and 10.30am. Further information can be found under Show regulations.

Entries for the spring show do not need to be submitted prior to the show. Exhibitors should bring their entries to the hall for staging between 12.30 and 1.30pm. Judging takes place at 2.00pm.  The show opens to the public at 2.30pm - 4.00pm.
