Booking & Rates

The hall can be hired on any day of the week so long as it is available - check our Calendar here. Click on an event in our Calendar for more details about the event / how to book etc.

Hires must finish and the hall site vacated by midnight at the latest.

Hire rate: £10.00 per hour

Note: The Period of Hire must take into consideration the time required for setting up and packing away. We charge for full hours only e.g. a booking of 1.30 - 4.30pm will be considered as 1.00 - 5.00pm i.e. a total of 4 hours, not 3 hours.

You'll then be sent our Terms and Conditions Of Hire and a booking form with details of how payment can be made via BACS.

The full Hire Fee must be paid prior to the Period of Hire to secure your booking.

There is also a £50 security deposit required at the time of booking, if alcohol is going to be present during your hire, which will be refunded after your hire if our Hire Terms & Conditions are met.
