A43 Weldon to County Boundary

Please see below information that the clerk to BPC has been made aware off....We believe it is for the introduction of reduced speed limits

I am writing to make you aware of upcoming highway works on the A43 between Weldon and the County Boundary.

North Northamptonshire Council, working in partnership with Kier Transportation, will be carrying out road safety improvements as follows:

Location: A43 – Weldon to County Boundary
Dates: Monday 5 January to Friday 23 January
Working hours: 09:30–15:00 (weather dependent)
Traffic management: Multi-way traffic lights in operation during working hours
Emergency access: Maintained throughout
Resident/business access: Vehicle access will be maintained; however, some delays should be expected and we would encourage residents to allow extra time for journeys
Public transport: Bus operators will be notified; passengers should check with their local provider for any service updates
