Members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting and speak for a maximum of two minutes about an item on the agenda for this meeting during the Public Session at the discretion of the Chair. The period of time designated for public participation at a meeting in accordance with standing order 2(e) shall not exceed ten minutes unless directed by the chairman of the meeting.
