Update on Kerbside Glass Recycling Service

NSDC are delighted to be bringing a free wheeled bin kerbside glass recycling service to Newark and Sherwood as it means that across the district, we will be able to recycle glass bottles and jars from kerbsides.

This will be a free service and you will be given a new, smaller 140 litre wheelie bin. Collections will take place every eight weeks and NSDC plan to begin delivering bins to households later this year.

Shortly they will be writing to every household in the district to find out who will be using the service, so watch out for the letter in June! To find out more and keep up to date visit the website.
