Meetings of the Parish Council are usually held at Jubilee Hall, Waller Park Pavilion (DA2 7LR) on the THIRD Wednesday of every month other than August when there is no Meeting and December when the Meeting is a week earlier. Meetings commence at 7:00pm unless otherwise stated on the agenda.

If any matter raised after Agenda production is considered urgent and requires a decision by the Council the Chairman MAY allow it to be added to the Agenda under Items for Consideration. if the matter requiring a decision is not regarded as urgent it will be added to the Agenda for the following month's Meeting. No Council decision can be made unless the item appears on an Agenda.
