UPDATED: LOCAL PLAN REGULATION 19 PUBLICATION AND CONSULTATION
Sevenoaks District Council has published its latest version of the Local Plan, and the Regulation 19 consultation period runs until 17th September.
The Parish Council has reviewed documents and prepared its response to the consultation over the summer. The response is accessible here, along with links to various website pages and documents:

In preparing for the Regulation 19 publication, Sevenoaks District Council has prepared development briefs for many sites to set out its high-level aspirations and design principles to guide future proposals. It should be noted that site references in this version of the Local Plan have changed from the Regulation 18 version:
SEV19 is now ST4-6 Land east of London Road, Dunton Green
SEV24 is now ST4-7 Land North of Sevenoaks, west of Otford Road

Paper copies of the Local Plan are available to view at local libraries and at SDC’s office in Sevenoaks (Argyle Road).
For information, below are the site specific responses submitted for the Regulation 18 consultation which took place in late 2025. The Parish Council is of the opinion that these responses are still valid and will likely resubmit these as part of its Regulation 19 response.
