Fairfax are the developers who are promoting the site referenced as ST4-7 in the emerging Local Plan (named 'Land North of Sevenoaks, West of Otford Road') for 1500 homes, which will have a direct impact on Dunton Green. They held a public consultation exercise on Monday 26th October.

Details of the proposals for the site can be found at their dedicated website. The deadline for comments and feedback is midnight 8th November. Information about how to respond can be fouond on that website.

The Parish Council has submitted its feedback and this can be found here.

We encourage residents who have not yet viewed the information or submitted feedback to do so. This site is largely in Dunton Green.

Follow London Road north and at the mini roundabout (junction with Station Road) go straight over. Village green to your left (noticeboard, flagpole, timber bus shelter) and shops to the right. Continue over bridge, Dunton Green Primary School and The Duke’s Head on your right. Immediately after the pub is the entrance to Glyn Davies Close but turn right just after this into the service road to the recreation ground car park (just before the terrace starts).
