An outline planning application for a Health Campus on the corner of the Tythrop Way, Kingsey Road, Howland Way roundabout has been submitted.

Although ETRA appreciates the need and potential benefits of well designed healthcare facilities for the community on review of this application the plans obviously maximise value for the developer rather than secure a first rate and long-term health centre for town residents.

It is important that you send your views to SODC Planning South (registration@southandvale.gov.uk) before Sept 5th.
