Cllr Robert (Bert) Mitchell
Bert has lived in Frankton his entire life. Bert is a farmer, farming in the village and surrounding parishes, growing potatoes, wheat, osr, and he also fattens cattle, farming with his family. Bert has a wife and two young children who both attend Knightlow school and he has a passion for the local countryside.
Cllr Adrian Gardner
Adrian grew up in Leamington Spa and has lived in Frankton with his wife Claire for 37 years. After completing a bricklaying apprenticeship, Adrian worked as a self-employed builder for over 40 years. He also took a career break to be a house husband, caring for his two children.
Alongside his working life, Adrian has been actively involved in the local community through Scouting for more than 30 years, including 15 years as a Scout Leader in Stretton. Adrian joined Frankton parish council in 1995 and remain committed to supporting and serving the community.
Cllr Lizzie Smith
Lizzie has been a resident of Frankton since 2012. She lives with her husband Craig and their two children. In her spare time Lizzie enjoys putting stripes in her grass and getting out on her mountain bike, as long as there’s no mud involved.
Cllr Mark Thompson - Councillor
Rebecca was born and educated in Kent where she lived until 1999 when she moved to Rugby, and then to Stretton-on-Dunsmore in 2005. Rebecca is married with two children and two labradors and is a retired IT Consultant. Rebecca has been the Clerk to Frankton Parish Council since December 2025.
