Halling Association

The Halling Association is a local partnership covering the parish of Halling. It was formed in 2001 and is made up of partners from the local councils, businesses, police and other organisations. The aim of the partnership is to improve the quality of life for Halling residents and to enhance the local environment. The Halling Association is funded by its member organisations to support new projects and to make grants to local groups.  Read Halling Association Project

The Forge Green Redevelopment (July 2006 - October 2006) is a good example of a local project to improve the open space at Forge Green, Halling. The work comprised: new paths and a paved area in the centre; a new outdoor war memorial; new planting of shrubs and trees; a CCTV scheme; new street furniture, including bins and a notice board.
