Parish Council Meeting Dates for 2026 / 2027

To be held at The Village Hall, Harescombe.

The council year runs from May to April (inclusive). With the exception of the combined Annual Parish Meeting & Annual Meeting of the Parish Council (AGM), which is a 7.00pm start, parish council meetings are scheduled to commence at 7.30pm on the 2nd Monday of May, July, September, November, January and March.

The dates for this council year are as follows.

2026

7.30pm Monday 13th July, Monday 14th September, Monday 9th November.

2027

7.30pm Monday 11th January, Monday 8th March, 

Monday 10th May 7.00pm - Combined Annual Parish Meeting (APM) and Annual Meeting of the Parish Council (AGM).

Extraordinary Meetings or Parish Council Committee Meetings may be convened in addition to these published meeting dates, and will be advertised in accordance with statutory requirements.

Agendas and supporting papers for all meetings will be published on the Parish Council Website at least 3 clear days in advance of a meeting taking place.
