Further to the decision by Swale Council to conduct a Community Governance Review (CGR), and following the recent call for ideas, the All-Member CGR Working Group at Swale has decided to go to stage one consultation on whether to amend the boundary of Iwade parish:

Whether to amend the boundary of Iwade Parish Council to include the area currently outside of its boundary beside the A249 and extend the boundary from Sheppey Way to School lane.
