Mabe Parish Council and the Mabe Youth & Community Project are pleased to be able to confirm that the play area at the MYCP in Cunningham Park is open again.

It was closed along with all other play equipment in the national lockdown to help counteract the covid-19 pandemic, and then remained closed for a few weeks more to allow for essential maintenance work to be carried out

We thank you for your patience, and hope that despite the period of closure, the play equipment and the adult outdoor gym equipment will be well-used and enjoyed again.

Parents and equipment users are asked to remain aware of the risks of transmission of covid-19, and so please follow the safety guidance on the advisory signs which have been put in place. It continues to be important to maintain social disancing and it is recommended to bring hand sanitiser with you, in addition to washing hands thoroughly before and after visiting the play area.
