Meetings are held in Maidford Village Hall, Church Lane, NN12 8HH on the 1st Wednesday of the month unless otherwise stated: 7.15pm for 7.30pm start.

The Agenda for each meeting is posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in the village hall notice board found in the centre of the village
