Additional Defibrillator now available in Manston

The Parish Council has just had a new defibrillator installed on the wall of the Jolly Farmer (with thanks for permission to Landlords Lee and Claire), making a total of 3 in the village - the other 2 are installed at the Village Hall and the Drome Garage.

The new unit can be found on the wall on the car park side of the Jolly Farmer. Should anyone have the need to use it please call 999 and the call handler will be able to provide the code for you, as well as call the ambulance.

In practice the unit does the majority of the work for you and provides voice instructions as-you-go, so you should never be afraid to use it - someone's life could be at stake - and one day that life could be yours!
