MISSON PARISH COUNCIL VACANCY

Secretary for the Town Estates Charity Applications are invited for the post of secretary/treasurer to the Town Estates Charity. The Charity exists to the general benefit of inhabitants of the Parish of Misson and is responsible for the maintenance of land at Line Bank Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

The working hours are flexible and based on 10 hours per month. The job is typically home-based, although the Council has access to the Misson Community Centre for archive storage and for meeting members of the public. You will be expected to attend all meetings of the Charity, and all meetings of its committees. The person appointed will be accountable to the Charity Managers for the effective management of its resources and will report to them as and when required. As treasurer you will be responsible for all financial records of the Charity.
