Felton Cemetery is run by the Felton Cemetery Joint Committee – this is a committee of three Parish Councils comprising Felton, Newton on the Moor & Swarland and Thirston. The arrangements between the three Parish Councils are set out in  the Felton Cemetery Terms of Reference (see below).
