Planning Information

Planning meetings take place immediately prior to the full council meeting at the notified time, which is dependant on the number of applications to be considered.

Any that need to be considered at another time will be announced on the website.

Due to the timing of responses required by the planning authority the council will also consider planning applications under delegated authority. All responses are available on the planning authorities website.

As of the 2026/27 financial year the following information will be requested from the councillors and be recorded as below when using delegated powers.
