Club Competition Rules

It is the responsibility of the First Person  on the Internal Competitions draw to get in touch with their opponent to arrange a suitable time to play their Match.

All Matches have to be played by the closing date for each round, if any players do not play their Match by the given date they will forfeit the Match. Only in extreme circumstances will players be able to play Matches after the closing dates.

Any player who cannot play their Matches should contact the Match Secretary who will then consider their reason for not playing their Match and his decision will be final.
