Reminder - Please remember that all members need to confirm that they will/will not be attending each meeting, and require a meal, by contacting Lawrence Smith at least 7 days in advance of that meeting.  Failure to turn up for the ordered meal will make you liable for its payment, unless agreed otherwise.
