Rushbury Parish Council Publication Scheme

The Freedom of Information Act requires public authorities to have an approved publication statement which is a means of providing access to information which an authority proactively publishes.  The attached scheme was adopted by the council at the meeting on 19 January 2009.  Further details are available from the Information Commissioners Office.

Code of Conduct

LOCALISM ACT 2011 -  CODE OF CONDUCT and RELEVANT AUTHORITIES (DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS) REGULATIONS 2012

At the meetings on  19 June 2012 and 17 July 2012 Rushbury Parish Council adopted the new Code of Conduct.  Members have completed entries in the Register of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests for themselves and their spouses/partners as required by law.
