Starting Tuesday 4th June: Aqua Circuits for Health Classes
St George's Community Hydrotherapy Pool
We have exciting news: Vivacity’s new aqua circuit for health classes will start at St George’s on Tuesday 4th June.
The classes will run every Tuesday 3:00-3:30 pm and 4:00-4:30 pm. They will be led by Vivacity’s Health and Wellbeing Manager, Amy Hammond, who holds a Level 3 Aquatic Activity for Health qualification.
The classes will be a gentle circuit of different exercises and are suitable for all levels of ability. Water resistance can help improve health and fitness and the classes promise to be good fun!
The cost will be £5 per class or 10 classes for £45.

You can contact the pool by emailing: stgeorges@vivacity.org The pool is part of the old St George’s School building (now Heltwate St George's). The entrance is on Dogsthorpe Road near the Dogsthorpe fire station. There is free car park by the pool's entrance.
