OPENREACH LIMITED - Temporary Road Closure - Green Lane, Sutton Valence - 4th June 2026 (Maidstone District)

Due to works planned to be undertaken by OPENREACH LIMITED, it will be necessary to close part of Green Lane, Sutton Valence, from 4th June 2026 with estimated completion by 5th June 2026.

Green Lane, Sutton Valence, will be closed approximately 200 metres West of Little Oakhurst, approximately 140 metres West of Lake Farmhouse and approximately 150 metres North from Lake Farmhouse. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Green Lane, Forsham Lane, A274 Headcorn Road, A274 Sutton Valence Hill, Chart Road, Chart Hill Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow telegraph pole replacement works to be carried out, works are undertaken by OPENREACH LIMITED.

Due to works planned to be undertaken by ADH Groundworks, it will be necessary to impose restrictions on part of A274 North Street, Sutton Valence, from 15th September 2025 with estimated completion by 19th September 2025.

A274 North Street will be closed outside Haven Farm, between the hours of 22:00 and 05:00 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The speed limit on A274 North Street will be reduced to 20mph between the Village Hall and Haven Close. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
