The Agenda is a list of items to be covered during a meeting. It identifies the business to be transacted and forms part of the summons to councillors to attend the meeting. The Parish Clerk compiles the agenda, and must also sign it, before it is sent to all councillors and published at least 3 clear days before the Meeting.

Council Meeting Agendas, and those of its Committee(s), are published on Council’s website, social media and 4x noticeboards. These noticeboards are located at:

• Tendring Village Hall
• Goose Green play area (by Tendring Primary School)
• Tendring Green (opposite Delta House)
• Heath Road Bus Stop
