Tendring District Council is carrying out a review of the Tendring District Local Plan to ensure it remains up to date, effective, and capable of guiding development in the District up to 2042.
This consultation sets out the Council’s preferred policy approaches and the sites proposed for future residential, employment, and mixed-use development and runs for just over six weeks, from
Monday 9 February 2026 until 5pm on Monday 23 March 2026.
