Report a Pothole

Click the link and follow the online instructions to report a host of problems from pot holes, overgrown vegetation, blocked public rights of way, broken manhole covers, flooding, blocked drains and standing water, or empty, unusable or damaged grit bins.

The intervention level for potholes is 40mm deep and greater than 300mm wide.

Reporting an Emergency

If you are reporting an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call Devon County Council on 0345 155 1004. An emergency on the highway is defined as something that is very likely to present an imminent threat to life or serious injury or serious damage to property.
