Village Hall Booking Process

The Up Hatherley village hall is a well-used local facility that is available to hire at very reasonable rates. If you require any further information please feel free to contact the Parish Clerk via this website.

If you are interested in booking the hall please refer to the calendar of bookings below to view available slots or our regular user schedule. Our booking form can be completed on this website

If you are interested in any of the groups using the hall please contact them direct by viewing the regular user section of this website.

To book the hall please complete the booking form. The Clerk will then contact you and if the slot is available request the booking fee, which will include a non refundable £10 deposit. If you need to cancel the booking, this can be done up to 3 days prior to the booking date.
