Under the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities (2014) we are required to publish annually a series of documents which provide information on the finance and governance of the parish council. You will find these below. 

The accounts for 2022-23 and the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) for Upton Magna Parish Council have now been completed. As neither gross income nor expenditure exceeded £25,000 for this period, the council is exempt from external audit.
