Meetings are usually held in Upton Magna Memorial Hall on the second Thursday of every month (apart from January and August) and commencing at 7.30pm. Below are the planned meeting dates for the forthcoming Parish Council year. All are welcome to attend and you may raise issues, comments and questions during the Public Participation session at the beginning of the meeting. 

Meeting agendas are published on this website and on the Parish Council notice board by the school. Minutes of the latest meeting are published here in draft format and may be subject to change before they are formally adopted by the Parish Council at its next meeting. Occasionally, there may need to be an additional meeting to discuss something urgent, such as a planning application whose comment from the Parish Council is required before the next scheduled meeting. These will always be advertised in advance.
