Meetings are usually held in Upton Magna Memorial Hall on the second Thursday of every month (apart from August) and commencing at 7.30pm. All are welcome to attend and you may raise issues, comments and questions during the Public Participation session at the beginning of the meeting. 

Meeting agendas are published on this website and on the Parish Council notice board by the school. Minutes of the latest meeting are published here in draft format and may be subject to change before they are formally adopted by the Parish Council at its next meeting. Occasionally, there may need to be an additional meeting or a meeting of the Planning Committee. These will always be advertised in advance.
