Our Public Steering Group meetings are held monthly. All are welcome, please come and find out how we are doing and what you can do to help:

Venue: Meetings are held at The Zebon Copse Centre, Danvers Drive, GU52 0ZE, usually on the Monday following the Parish Council meeting.

Start Time: 8pm

The agenda will be on your local notice board 3 days prior to the meeting and then will be archived on this site along with the minutes of the meeting for future record. This forms part of our evidence base in the process of writing the Neighbourhood Plan document, as we have to prove that the community has had the opportunity to participate at all stages.
