The 2026 Astwood Village / Pub BBQ

A huge "thank you" to the Village Hall and Old Swan teams who came together to make this year's Summer BBQ a truly memorable event!

What more could we have hoped for - meeting with friends, enjoying excellent food and cool liquid refreshments whilst bathed in perfect Summer sun on the pub green. The pub arranged uplifting entertainment through "The Bop Won't Stop" (enthusiastically supported by Astwood's impromptu Bopettes!).

The raffle was the gift that kept on giving - 2 barrows of booze broken down into bountiful bundles of bottles!

A day well-worth remembering - and a benchmark to beat in 2027!
